mini tour and new disc
well we here at the shootin' lucy institute for the sexually deviant have been working really hard to please our beloved cult members aka you. we know that you need to give to recieve so we are excited to share with those we can. first we are 60% finnished with our follow up to our popular 3 song cd. this time around we have 6 songs for you, and possibly a hidden track 7. all drums are done, dave is 90% done with his guitars and big e is halfway done with bass tacks. i'm going today to start vocals and will yell into the mic until im as horse as a clydesdale. we are expecting to be done and pressed by oct. 5 or so. we are leaving for our mini tour to portland, oregon, tacoma, seattle, brimmerton wa., eureka, ca. check our profile for details and let us know you'll be there. if you kiss ass enough we may get you an advanced copy of our new ep, so far untitled but i am shootin for "pink things hidden in your pants".

spicoli’s bday last night
last night was just a fucking riot. it was spicoli's bday bash at the g street in davis and it was insane. i can only say the if you haven't had a chance to catch la plebe yet than do yourself a huge favor and catch a show. there is just no other way to describe it than that is how live music is supposed to sound. of course we rocked the house but you know that we would. to all our friends and cult members who made the trip out, thanks. we need you like crack. shock box was as sexy as fuck and lab disaster was not sexy even a tiny bit but just outstanding. knock 'em dead kids. next up is annie's this thursday, i'll be overloading your comment spaces with flyers so please come out and support us in the city. together we can make this thing happen, by ourselves we're just another amazing live band without a draw and you're just another jerk looking at porn at home so come support us and make us rock stars. terrence and krista an extra big hug and ass grab for your hospitality and all you fucks in sacto and davis, you got it going on so cheers!!! love and masterbation, smalltown jones!

great weekend-'tween the 5 of us in a 3 day span we roamed Vegas Oaktown an Stockton drank around $400 in booze kinky sex old friends marital issues-couch time-pills possibly-barbeque madness-some vomit- a Morrissey show. and we haven't even started to play again yet. just a day in the life of S.L.- we get around! Hope to see ya'll in June-July 4/29/07
Well alot has happened in the short amount of time since new years. First of all we had some changes in our lineup. Andrew decided to leave our little cult for greener pastures and took a job drumming in Bjork's new altenative-country western band, The Saddle Soars. Our good ole buddy, Casey Cook , who by the way was our original bass player, decided it wouldn't take very much effort and took over for andrew. Upon hearing the news, Santino had a nervous breakdown and drove his car into a hot dog stand. Although noone was hurt, Santino has been detained for his own safety. After we secretly broke up Sebastian's band, The Twots, he had no choice but to join our cult. Somewhere about that time, an investigation was launched to determin the extent of Dave's relationship with a teenage boy, who just happens to be a grandson of Dianne Feinstien . Due to all the bad press and my trailer trash baby momma drama, Shootin' Lucy decided to move our rehersal studio out of the golden valley to Oakland. We moved in to The All Time High's closet and are tightening up for the summer, so be looking for us to start playing again soon. Thanks bud, s.t.
